Please use the questions listed in this form to write recommendation letters for your students.

1. 2. Tell us something interesting, different, or unusual about you. We can sometimes use these things to breath life into your recommendation letter. Examples: during summers you raise pigs, you’ve climbed Mt. Fuji, you lived on three continents; you tutor kids ( for free); you know sign language; etc.

Remember, we are here to help you with the inevitable stress that seems to come at some point to each senior each year. When you have questions or need some advice please come ask . Although your classmates and teachers have good intentions when they tell you what you should or shouldn’t do about your college applications, since things change every year, their information may not be accurate. Never be afraid to pop in and ask a question.
